	Jeff Condon Jeff has over twenty years of engineering experience covering a vast array of products from OEM products to medical diagnostic equipment to the latest mobile devices. Jeff's background also includes product development and program management from concept phase to production. As an accomplished product development engineer, Jeff understands the process to get a product to market in the shortest time possible.
	Don Nole Don has a diverse background working in both product development and manufacturing environments. A high-end user of Pro/E and SolidWorks, Don has designed and seen components produced using many different manufacturing processes. Don has been living in China for over five years, and has spent his time there interfacing with factories and increasing his manufacturing knowledge. He truly understands the entire process!
