Project 2 IBS Systems Topographer Enclosure

A manufacturer of corneal topographers needed a high-quality enclosure for their product.  The enclosures were designed, engineered and manufactured by CNG Solutions, and added positive value to the final product.  Click to see a full case study of this project!		 Project 2 Custom Stainless Steel Screws

In late 2009, CNG Solutions was approached by one of our customers about assisting with cost reducing several custom stainless steel threaded fasteners. CNG was able to locate a qualified and low-cost factory and was able to provide a substantial cost savings.
Project 1 EYESYS Corneal Topographer Enclosure

A manufacturer of corneal topographers needed a high-quality enclosure for their product.  CNG Solutions was able to provide injection molded parts with insert-molded threaded inserts for ease of assembly and disassembly.  The enclosures were engineered and manufactured by CNG Solutions, and added positive value to the final product.		 Project 1 Water Sensor

A stamping manufacturer received an order for an insert molded part to be used as a water level sensor in a tank.  CNG Solutions was able to evaluate the design, get the tooling produced, make the needed modifications, and also work through the molding parameters in order to correctly produce this part.
Project 2 Garlic Masher Mechanical Design and Manufacturing

A European housewares company wanted to produce a stylized and novel garlic masher as part of its line of kitchen tools. The developed industrial design was very well received; unfortunately it was found to be very difficult to manufacture. CNG Solutions was asked to help solve the technical issues and find a manufacturer who was capable of producing the product at a high level of quality while also meeting the target price.
